About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead our largest customer base, representing the majority of our revenue stream. Our technology solutions drive efficiencies and growth for businesses in various industries, including trucking, freight & logistics, construction, oil and gas, and local delivery services.
- You will oversee a global team of Account Managers, guiding them to achieve revenue targets by selling our products and services into existing SMB customer accounts.
- Responsibilities include leading bookings and revenue targets, defining appointment and pipeline targets, driving sales playbook execution, coaching teams, and overseeing pipeline planning.
- The ideal candidate has 4+ years in international sales, preferably in the US market, with 2+ years in sales leadership experience ideally within a technology or product-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale and manage a global team of SMB Account Managers
- Lead bookings and revenue targets through the team
- Define inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets
- Drive consistent execution of Motive's sales playbook
- Coach and measure the team's effectiveness
What We're Looking For:
- International sales experience (US market preferred)
- Sales leadership experience (plus) in a technology or product-driven company
- B2B sales track record with short sales cycles
- Outstanding contractual and negotiation skills
