Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our organization's HR initiatives. As a strategic partner, you will drive the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and procedures that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze staffing needs and develop strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes, including advertising staff vacancies and assessing applications.
  • Conduct interviews, provide selection tests, and prepare reports for management consideration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including wages, superannuation, leave, and training data.
  • Identify training needs and develop staff training programs.
  • Utilize HR management information systems to record, maintain, plan, and manage human resources.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and programs, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, and occupational health and safety initiatives.
  • Advise employees on work-related matters, career development, and personal problems.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A proactive approach with strong knowledge of developing and implementing policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • A go-getter mentality with exposure to administrative tasks.
