Work with us as a Sales Manager to promote our flexible workspace solutions and services. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of your business centre while finding ways to increase sales and revenue.

The Opportunity

You will motivate your team to create a great working environment that ensures customer satisfaction and retention. A typical day at work includes welcoming members and meeting room guests, understanding their business needs, and considering potential networking opportunities with other members.

  • You start the day with an informal team talk to plan the day and ensure everyone is prepared.
  • With one eye on reception, you see members turning up and meeting room guests arriving. You welcome them, take them to their meeting room, show them the facilities, and help set up their WiFi and AV systems.
  • You meet new members to understand their business needs and consider potential networking opportunities with other members.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for large companies taking a whole floor, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Assist walk-in visitors interested in coworking memberships, providing tours and explaining benefits.
  • Host a monthly operations meeting for Sales Managers and regional staff.
  • Conduct a walk-around the building, engaging with members and checking on their experience.
About You

We're looking for someone experienced and capable of managing a smooth operation. You should be an excellent multitasker, proactive in resolving issues, and able to motivate a team. Key qualities include:

  • Strong communication skills, ideally with hospitality or event industry experience
  • Confidence and approachability to build relationships with customers
  • Leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ownership mindset for problem-solving
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills
