We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Sales Operations to optimize sales processes, oversee inventory reporting, and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in sales operations, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize warehouse utilization to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Generate consolidated inventory reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Review and analyze delivery and transportation costs to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on branch accounts receivables and overdrafts for financial oversight.
  • Track and report branch-wise sales targets to assess performance.
  • Develop and analyze KPI reports for the sales team to measure effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement new reporting requirements to improve operational insights.
  • Oversee and manage a LIVE dashboard for real-time sales and inventory tracking.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
