Sales Manager Leader

Our company, Fakhri Brothers, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales engineers and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement product marketing channels with retail and project partners.
- Work closely with consultants and contractors to achieve product specifications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Have a deep understanding of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Products.
- Knowledge of competitor situations, sales channels, pricing structures, etc.
- Experience in marketing support for project contractors and consultants.
- Expertise in project specification activities.
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategies to consistently achieve business and divisional targets.
- Forecast sales based on market analysis.
- Grow sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing new customers.
- Maintain division profitability and efficiency by optimizing resource utilization and allocating tasks across the division.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance market penetration and service quality.
- Analyze and recommend new sales strategies such as tactical campaigns, pricing, and product and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotion campaigns to generate market awareness on organizational products and services across the target market segment.
- Identify and introduce new potential clients through personal networks.
- Analyze critical customer issues to identify trends and implement effective mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
- Build and maintain healthy and professional business relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial performance and present reports showing actual versus target performance and take necessary steps to increase sales.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives and become the front face of the function, adding value by making a presence felt.
