Regional Partnership Manager

We seek an experienced Regional Partnership Manager to lead Waseela's partnerships efforts across national and regional territories.
In this critical role, you will cultivate existing partnerships, devise partnerships strategies for expansion into emerging districts, and provide essential support to our field partnership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with national and regional stakeholders across various sectors.
- Identify, recruit, and integrate new partners to support Waseela's operational and strategic objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and implement partnership strategies for upcoming districts aligned with Waseela's expansion plan.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to develop initiatives that maximize partner engagement and benefits for farmers.
- Support district and regional field officers in identifying, onboarding, and managing local partners.
- Develop and implement clear metrics to measure partnership success, onboard criteria, market intelligence initiatives, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide regular reports on partnership outcomes, team performance, and resource allocation for review by the Head of Partnerships.
- Utilize data insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willngness to travel to field locations as required.
