B2B Regional Sales Lead

The Regional Sales Lead oversees and drives sales activities within a designated region through indirect sales channels. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with partners to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Responsibilities:- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
- Pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
- Assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Team Guidance: Provide guidance, support, and performance management to a team of sales professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.
- Address performance gaps and drive results through corrective actions.
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
