Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in the B2B conventional indirect sales channel.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities, and manage existing relationships to drive sales performance.
  3. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with indirect sales partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  4. Assess the performance of indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  5. Team Guidance: Provide guidance, support, and performance management to a team of sales professionals.
  6. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and regular feedback.
Market Intelligence:
  1. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  3. Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales activities and channel performance.
  4. Address performance gaps and drive results through corrective actions.
Customer Focus:
  1. Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.
  2. Resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
