  • Develop a comprehensive cash management system, aligning with existing practices and standards.","
  • Accurately record all cash transactions on a daily basis, ensuring date-wise, crop-wise, type of labor, labor count, acreage, and other relevant information are captured.","
  • Conduct regular cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies in petty cash and operational payments.","
  • Verify supporting documents for all cash transactions, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring due process is followed.","
  • Collaborate closely with the cashier and local team to compile accurate filing and archiving systems for documentation and audit trail purposes.","
  • Maintain up-to-date records of crop harvesting and dispatch, including date-wise, crop-wise, accepted quantity, rate, and by-product information.","
  • Ensure accurate inventory receipts and issuance records are maintained, capturing date-wise, item-wise, and crop-wise data.","
  • Be proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems, and possess strong MS Excel skills.","
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by line management and report to Head Office as required.
Requirements
  • Hold a CA / ACCA qualification with 4-5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance operations within the agriculture/livestock sector.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
