Our organization is seeking a skilled Vendor Management Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract negotiation, management, procurement, and enhancing vendor relationships through analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Meeting with vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate prices, and address any concerns.
  2. Screening and shortlisting vendors based on their time in business, products, and willingness to engage in online transactions.
  3. Conducting research on available vendors to determine those offering the best pricing and product quality.
  4. Onboarding vendors to our platform.
  5. Ensuring that selected vendors meet our standards by implementing effective vendor selection programs.
  6. Establishing benchmarks for evaluating the performance of approved vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes
  • Contract Management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
