Senior Production Leader

As a senior production leader, you will oversee all production activities while ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and executing monthly production schedules, coordinating with R&D and technical teams, and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute production schedules in line with business targets, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals for new product items, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Implement automation solutions using AI technologies to automate workflows and reduce manual interventions, resulting in increased accuracy and reduced costs.
  • Monitor and control production costs while maintaining operations within break-even thresholds, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to integrate reporting tools for real-time performance monitoring, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field, with an MBA preferred for advanced leadership skills.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in production planning and operations, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in production workflows, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive change management initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
