Senior Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and implement effective branding and corporate communications that align with company values and objectives
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising, to drive revenue growth and increase ROI
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of performance marketing activities across paid social channels
  • Develop and communicate complex analysis through user-friendly reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs)
  • Pursue AB testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance
  • Conduct thorough research on overall marketing ideas aligned with company values and objectives, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the organization
  • Nurture relationships with industry professionals, publication houses, and journalists, while securing their attendance at 10P events
  • Represent the company at industry events for services promotion, recruitment activities, and other events
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create marketing collateral like brochures, standees, flyers, and/or any other promotional materials
  • Manage and update the company website
  • Oversee the content for and manage internal newsletters
  • Proactively stay informed about current marketing trends in the IT Industry and align organizational marketing activities accordingly
  • Lead the management of all corporate communications and design of proposals to prospective clients
  • Attend meetings with business development to understand client needs during initial engagements
  • Generate marketing newsletters and manage lists of prospects, targeting them to deliver promotional materials frequently
