Senior Sales Executive - Decorative Retail

Summary of the Role

In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of decorative products to new, existing, and potential customers. You will utilize Jotun's sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, aiming to achieve sales targets, gross margin, DSO, and increase market share and profitability.

The position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Decorative Sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Introduce, promote, and sell decorative products to assigned customers and territories through regular visits.
  2. Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to meet sales goals.
  3. Implement sales policies and marketing activities in line with company regulations.
  4. Follow up on collections to ensure healthy working capital.
  5. Maintain good relationships with distributors and address customer complaints.
  6. Create and maintain data, actively using CRM systems.
  7. Coordinate with departments for timely delivery and customer service.
  8. Liaise with clients and respond to inquiries, introducing products and services.
  9. Conduct area audits to identify market potential within the designated area.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
