The incumbent is expected to perform the following tasks:

Training and Development:
✓ Coordinate training programs and maintain records of trainings conducted
✓ Deal with general correspondence within the office and outside the office

Internal and External Audit:
✓ Liaise with Internal Auditors for Annual Internal Checking of Store & Stock Report and Finalized Internal Checking Report
✓ Liaise with External Auditor for Annual Inspection Report and finalized Inspection Reports

Budgeting:
✓ Prepare Estimated, Actual & Annual budget for approval from Finance Department
✓ Breakdown budget according to the needs of the department
✓ Reconcile budget and expenditure with AG AJ&K Office

Reporting:
✓ Prepare Consolidated Monthly Diary Report of the department
✓ Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Half Yearly reporting for AGP Office
