Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our audit operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing consulting assignments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Managing Consulting Assignments
  • Coordinate and manage consulting assignments received from management.
Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)
  • Manage GRC in accordance with regulatory rules.
  • Review the validity and redressal of grievances as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure GRC composition is in line with regulations, coordinate meetings, and maintain meeting minutes.
Theft Claim Review Committee (CRC)
  • Review theft claim documents and coordinate with relevant departments for finalization.
Special Assignments
  • Coordinate within and outside the audit department for special assignments received from management.
Managing ACCA Trainee Program
  • Oversee overall management, recruitment, and administration of ACCA trainees as per approved program guidelines.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and management for smooth operations.
Quality Control
  • Maintain working paper files/audit documentation in accordance with industry standards.
  • Communicate and coordinate with audit teams on quality control issues.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • MBA with at least 04 years of relevant experience.
  • Any relevant certification for the job role will be preferred.
  • Experience of regulatory rules / quality control procedures will be preferred.
