Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Closer to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage Communication Skills: Engage with qualified leads to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  2. Negotiate Contract Terms: Utilize persuasive skills to effectively communicate the value of our offerings and guide potential clients through the sales process.
  3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and lead meetings to showcase our solutions and address client inquiries.
  4. Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals successfully while maintaining profitability.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead conversion.
  6. Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.
  7. Follow-up and Client Management: Continuously follow up with leads to address concerns, provide updates, and close any outstanding issues.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales or lead closing roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  3. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
