Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project coordinator with 3–4 years of experience managing enterprise-level software projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of enterprise software projects ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
  • Maintain and manage product backlogs user stories and ticket workflows using tools like Jira Trello or similar.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and regular status updates.
  • Closely collaborate with development QA and design teams to remove blockers and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project risks dependencies and issues escalating as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and release planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing software projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Proven experience with backlog management user stories and ticket tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills and Technologies:

  • Jira Confluence Trello Asana or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
  • Agile project management tools.
