Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth and bring in orders for our IT services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in bidding on freelancing platforms, including Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Bid Strategy Development: Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities and create effective proposals based on project requirements.
  2. Client Acquisition: Participate in online bidding on freelancing platforms, collaborate with global clients, and generate sales until project completion.
  3. Project Management: Estimate project prices, create quotes, build rapport with clients, communicate effectively, and close deals.
  4. Candidate Sourcing: Gather client requirements, communicate them with the team, and deliver projects through various communication channels.
  5. Tactical Operations: Closely work with management or designated team leaders and complete assigned tasks.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Maintain records of customer information and sales, and regularly communicate with current clients.
  7. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets through dynamic performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding and client interaction.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Skillful in negotiations.
  • Ability to recognize and adhere to established communication protocols.
  • Capacity to collaborate and work independently.
What We Offer

This is a contract, full-time, commission-based opportunity with a salary range of Rupees 30,000.00 - Rupees 45,000.00 per month.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Reliable commute or relocation to Islamabad before starting work is preferred but not required.
