Business Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Business Compliance Expert. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission by ensuring that all project initiatives and incubatees operate within the legal and regulatory frameworks.

About the Position

The successful candidate will play a vital part in guiding new businesses through the complex regulatory ecosystem, facilitating company registration processes with various statutory bodies.

  • Advise on compliance with necessary licenses and tax registrations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or Business Law from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in legal advisory, business registration, corporate compliance, or regulatory affairs.
Desirable Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the regulatory ecosystem.
  • Ability to facilitate company registration processes with SECP, FBR, and other statutory bodies.
  • Capacity to identify potential legal and regulatory risks in incubatees' business operations and recommend preventive measures.
