Clinical Laboratory Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our clinical laboratory team. This role requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities- Process laboratory tests and deliver accurate results to patients efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining records of excess/shortage according to laboratory policy guidelines.
- Confirm test requirements with patients and provide necessary information/instructions promptly.
- Answer telephone enquiries and take patient appointments for special tests effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- At least one year of work experience as a Receptionist in a reputable laboratory or hospital, preferably with phlebotomy experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts is required.
