Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.


Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in active listening with clients to confirm or clarify information related to inquiries.
  2. Build lasting relationships with clients based on trust and reliability.
  3. Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately to guide clients efficiently and accurately for their queries.
  4. Convert inquiries into appointments with the sales team or recommend products that may better suit client needs.
  5. Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position.

Requirements:
  1. Exceptional client service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional phone voice.
  2. Understanding of company policies and procedures.
  3. Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  4. Ability to convert inquiries/leads into appointments with the sales team.
  5. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  6. Adaptability and accountability.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  8. Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
