Sales Growth Executive

Pakson International Pvt Limited - BOSS Moulded Furniture is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Executive to join our team. This key role involves driving sales growth among existing client accounts through strategic initiatives.

As the primary point of contact for assigned customers, you will foster strong relationships built on trust and effective communication. Your ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner, will be essential.

You will communicate client demands and expectations to our organization, facilitating seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will forecast and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client account metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.

This role requires strong organisational skills, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress. You will also need to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
