As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential clients for real estate sales.
Manage and grow a portfolio of buyers and investors, providing expert guidance throughout the property-buying process.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market research and analysis to stay updated on real estate trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation strategies.
Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating deals, and finalizing contracts. A strong communication and negotiation skillset is required to build long-term relationships with clients and achieve sales success.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven success record.
