Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the retail pharmacy independently, processing prescriptions, counseling patients, and overseeing daily cash management, sales, and purchases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Run the retail pharmacy independently
  • Process prescriptions, counsel patients, and verify customer receipts
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain computerized records
  • Oversee daily cash management, sales, and purchases
  • Sell healthcare products and promote sales
  • Train and supervise pharmacy support staff
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • B Pharmacy Graduate with 2-3 years of experience as a retail pharmacist/manager
  • Honest, professional, well-groomed, and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with medication brands and generic names
  • Knowledge of computer operations
  • Effective customer handling skills
