Customer Service Representative

Our organization is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact patients prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm details and address any concerns
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients via telephone to gather accurate information
  • Enter patient data into the electronic medical record system for secure storage and retrieval
  • Reschedule patient appointments as necessary, communicating changes effectively through phone calls and written notifications

Additionally, you will:

  • Screen and route patient calls efficiently, registering patients accurately and scheduling appointments in our database
  • Coordinate messages between patients and physicians, handling consult calls and routing them to the correct provider
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
