We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our liquefied gases department. As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of projects from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive efficient operations within the LG department.
  • Project Implementation: Ensure timely and successful delivery of all LG-related projects.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts for LNG/RLNG supply chains and gas sales/purchase agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for the LG/LNG Department.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and control budgets to ensure departments and projects stay within allocated targets.
  • Succession Planning: Identify, develop, and maintain a pool of successors for key positions within the division/department.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture that encourages continuous learning and development at all levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational procedures and practices align with regulator directives and industry best practices.
