Project Coordination Role

As a seasoned project coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the timely delivery of projects and ensure they meet their objectives without compromising quality. To excel in this position, you must possess extensive experience as a project manager with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, from small to large-scale initiatives. Project management experience related to CRM implementation would be advantageous. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring project teams in a dynamic environment that values cultural diversity and innovation.

  • Project coordinators are tasked with achieving project goals and milestones, facilitating project meetings, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, identifying the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and establishing overall project timelines and resource utilization.
  • A strong understanding of either waterfall or agile methodology is required to ensure all relevant project stages are thoroughly completed.
  • Project coordinators must manage all project coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle and maintain accurate project documentation at all times.
  • Ensuring all requirements are collected and properly represented within the project is also crucial.
  • Performance assessments of team members will be conducted and communicated to management after each project closure.
  • Regular reviews of project status will be conducted with project teams, executive-level management, and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Proactive communication of project status and summaries of progress, including schedule conflicts, cost overruns, risks, new issues, and change requests, will be essential to maintaining transparency and trust among stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
