Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all stages of production.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Data Management: Respond to customer inquiries related to quality data and system-related aspects, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Customer Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for customer audits and information requests, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Quality Metrics Analysis: Gather, analyze, and maintain quality-related data to ensure accurate records and provide actionable insights.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Design and maintain dashboards to track key quality metrics, offering real-time updates for relevant stakeholders. Create periodic quality reports for both customers and internal use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Inspections and Training: Assist in final inspections and other inspection processes as required to uphold quality standards. Supervise and conduct inspections for NPD/PP samples, pre-cut, and final stages. Train the QA team to ensure correct product implementation, aiming to reduce rework and quality issues.
