Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at Liberty Mills Limited in Karachi. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities including maintaining and updating quality management systems, conducting audits, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The manager will also lead the team in addressing quality-related issues, developing training programs, and meeting health, safety, and environmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems and conducting Quality Audits
  • Skills in Process Improvement, Compliance, and Risk Management
  • Proficiency in ISO standards and environmental sustainability practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Effective leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
