Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial domain, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting external face-to-face meetings with vendors to discuss onboarding, training, and support needs.

  • Responsible for onboarding new shops and restaurants at various locations across the city.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and requirements.

  • Researching accounts, identifying stakeholders, and generating interest in our food delivery platform.

  • Overseeing newly onboarded vendors to drive operational excellence and maximize commercial performance.

  • Developing vendors after acquisition to enhance their potential and providing ongoing support.

  • Managing and resolving vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.

  • Visiting fields daily to ensure targeted shops are onboarded correctly.

  • Bringing remaining strategic brands onto our platform and ensuring no category is missed in the assigned region.

  • Maintaining inventory logs and updating records on Salesforce.

  • Providing initial onboarding training and support to vendors.
