Facilities Management Role

The objective of the Facilities Manager is to guarantee the smooth operation of residential buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the upkeep and operations of handed over infrastructure and residential buildings facilities to ensure they are safe, well-functioning, and meet our standards.
  2. Team Management: Prepare and manage teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Facility Safety: Maintain and ensure that facilities on ground and residential buildings are safe and well-maintained to prevent accidents and ensure resident satisfaction.
  4. Performance Enhancement: Make staffing decisions, prepare employee performance appraisals, and promote improvement initiatives in daily operations.
  5. System Solutions: Develop and implement system solutions to problems through collaboration with subordinate employees and cross-functional teams.
  6. Leadership and Improvement: Exercise strong leadership skills and promote improvement initiatives in daily operations to drive excellence and efficiency.
  7. Goal Alignment: Track performance to meet objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
  8. Customer Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, residents, and facilities staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  9. Policies and Guidelines: Develop policies and guidelines for facility inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  10. Service Contracts: Manage and review service contracts to optimize costs and services.
  11. Asset Management: Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards and ensure operational efficiency.
  12. Project Planning: Plan and direct facilities maintenance, repair, and project activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
