IT Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of client-facing technology projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project timelines are met, team resources are utilized efficiently, task boards are well-maintained, and client communication remains seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication & Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client emails, and ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Team & Resource Management: Assign and prioritize tasks to team members using tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Trello, monitor resource allocation, track log times, and analyze efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities, and hands-on experience with project management tools. A PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
