Project Manager and Software Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled project manager and software development expert to optimize our project management processes in Monday.com. The ideal candidate will have expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes, providing training sessions for team members, and collaborating with the team for better workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Optimization
    • Rationalize current workflows using tools like Lucidchart (or similar software)
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle
    • Ensure that all project stages and processes are well-defined and up-to-date
  • Collaboration System Development
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties
  • Dashboard Development
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information
    • Ensure that dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users
  • Training and Onboarding
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes
