Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Trainer to join our growing team at Glow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training within a SaaS environment and a passion for developing sales talent. As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing training programs that empower our sales team to excel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding, continuous education, product knowledge, and sales skills training, tailored to meet the needs of our SaaS sales team.
  • Sales Playbook Creation: Develop and maintain a sales playbook that includes best practices, objection handling, value propositions, and effective communication strategies to enhance the sales process.
  • Coaching & Feedback: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to sales representatives, focusing on skill improvement, performance feedback, and ongoing development to drive individual and team success.
