Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine Developer to join our team and help us build high quality, interactive simulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating real-time experiences and working with cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Building interactive simulations using Unreal Engine 5
  • Creating realistic environments with 4K graphics, physics based interactions, and immersive visuals
  • Working with hardware and design teams to connect devices like haptic systems, motion trackers, Foot Paddles, joysticks, haptic feedback controllers and multi-screen displays
  • Making sure everything runs smoothly and looks great in real time
  • Developing tools inside the Unreal Editor to help manage content and scenarios
  • Setting up multiplayer functionality so multiple users can train together
  • Bringing in data like images, 3D models, and real-world references to make the simulations more accurate
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (ideally UE5)
  • Ability to Build Custom Controllers
  • Understanding of UDP and TCP communication protocols
  • Experience working with multithreaded applications
  • Experience with physics-based systems, haptics feedback controllers, or motion input
  • Good understanding of how multiplayer networking works
  • Comfortable working with XR/AR/VR technologies (like OpenXR, ARKit, or ARCore)
  • Able to collaborate well with designers, artists, and engineers
  • Strong development problem-solving, Teaching and debugging skills
