Job Title: Brand Manager For Men's Store

The successful Brand Manager will be responsible for formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities to promote men's store products and services.

  • Develop and implement seasonal marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Formulate and execute effective pricing strategies that balance business objectives with customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with departments such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance and research to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage events, brands and PR coordination and strategy to maximize exposure and build brand reputation.
  • Develop and execute VIP customer strategies, CRM/loyalty programs and MTM strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.

  • Speech clarity and information technology proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop yearly marketing plans for optimal product mix, pricing strategy, media mix and distribution expansion requirements.
  • Secure ads for the magazine from different organizations and work closely with them to maximize the exposure of the men's store business.
  • Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
  • Focus on the development of company business as well as expansion into untapped markets.
  • Develop yearly sales promotion/advertising budget for approval by management.
