We are seeking a Merchants Executive to spearhead our merchant management efforts.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our merchant experience, optimize seller/buyer interactions, and drive business growth.

  • Manage leads received from marketing campaigns and other referral channels.
  • Respond to merchant queries on product-related phone calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
  • Develop and execute market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote a positive merchant experience through effective relationship-building and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a franchising environment at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
