Role Overview

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the preparation, development and administration of contracts, as well as evaluating potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, development and administration of contracts.
  • Evaluating potential risks and opportunities, and initiating necessary actions.
  • Negotiating contract exceptions and commercial terms & conditions.
  • Preparing and settling claims.

Requirements:

  • BE-Civil with 5-15 years experience or Chartered quantity surveyor from Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors, England with matching experience.
  • Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international forms of contracts as applicable to civil engineering / EPC contracts is essential.
