Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the development of various infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site investigations and surveys to gather critical information for project planning and execution
  • Create detailed project plans, including cost estimates and timelines, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project designs meet requirements and specifications
  • Maintain close monitoring of construction progress to guarantee compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Evaluate project materials and recommend suitable alternatives when necessary
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform quality control inspections to verify project adherence to established standards
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, preferably with expertise in infrastructure development
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
