Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth through the use of our solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and execute customized strategies to drive client success and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and provide recommendations for new business initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Strong proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Success or Account Management experience.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of effectively managing a book of business of 90+ large business accounts proactively and independently.
- Proven track record of successfully getting the BOB through renewals and mitigating churn.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in the moment.
- Strong grasp of SaaS applications.
- Logistics experience is a big plus.
