Job Title: Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. This critical role involves providing confidential psychological support to staff, enhancing the overall counseling services across the organization.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a Clinical Supervision Framework for counselors, provide individual and group counseling support for staff, and act as a mentor to counseling professionals and nursing staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Services (essential)
