Job Title: Denim Fabric Dyeing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated manager to oversee our denim fabric dyeing operations at our Karachi facility.

Responsibilities
  • Dyeing Activities: Supervise and coordinate all dyeing activities for denim fabric to ensure high-quality output.
  • Dyeing Procedures: Develop and implement dyeing procedures to optimize efficiency and color consistency.
  • Dyeing Parameters: Monitor and control dyeing parameters, chemicals, and equipment to maintain quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train the dyeing team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality specifications.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in dyeing denim fabric, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong knowledge of dyeing chemicals, machinery, and process optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
