Our textile company client is seeking an experienced "Manager – Finishing - Denim Fabric" We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finishing to oversee our finishing operations at our Karachi facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in denim fabric finishing processes, ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities for denim fabric.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Optimize finishing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage and train finishing team members.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards within the finishing department.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven working experience as a Deputy Manager/ Manager – Finishing - Denim Fabric or relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in fabric finishing, with a focus on denim.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing machinery and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
