About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled TikTok Influencer Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TikTok's platform and best practices, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive sales through TikTok.
  • Partner with TikTok influencers who match our target audience.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage campaign resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate product distribution to influencers, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's platform and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
