Leading Manufacturing Specialist

To ensure efficient production planning, execution, and process optimization in the woodworking sector, with a focus on maximizing quality, minimizing waste, and improving production timelines. The role requires in-depth knowledge of woodworking processes, machinery, raw materials, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Production Scheduling: Plan and execute daily production schedules in alignment with order priorities, material availability, and machine capacity.
- Wood Machining Operations: Supervise wood machining operations including cutting, edge-banding, routing, lamination, and CNC processing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Machine Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor machine efficiency and downtime, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed and escalations are addressed timely.
- Process Improvements: Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and increase throughput.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict compliance to production SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards across all wood processing stages.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data and KPIs (e.g., yield, rework, utilization) to drive data-based decision-making and performance enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Design, SCM, Maintenance, and Assembly teams to resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
