Job Title: HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in driving business success through effective talent management, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure high-quality candidate pools.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and achievement.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analysis.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including talent management software.
  • Ability to architect strategy and drive organizational change, with leadership skills to inspire and motivate employees.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
