Job Overview

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and have excellent organizational skills. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will assist trainers in preparing training materials, including slides, manuals, and other teaching resources.

You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating details of training courses, such as training venues, schedules, and equipment preparation. Additionally, you will maintain student rosters, process registration and attendance records, and ensure that students arrive on time for training.

You will provide support to trainers during training, such as helping to prepare presentation materials, distribute materials, and manage interactive sessions. You may also be required to assist with other daily operations of the training department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist trainers in preparing training materials
  • Arrange and coordinate training course details
  • Maintain student rosters and process registration
  • Provide support to trainers during training
  • Assist with other daily operations of the training department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training Management, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or administrative support preferred

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with trainers and students
