Job Title: Project Support Specialist

About the Job

This is a full-time role requiring 48 hours of work per week, including Saturdays. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project files, including contracts, project dashboards, payment schedules, site visit schedules, and client meeting schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Timely delivery of quality work assigned by the Project Manager, maintaining equipment in prime condition, and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, keeping knowledge and skill set up-to-date, and presenting a pleasant persona and well-dressed appearance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of work and timely execution by the CAD Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with software skills, understanding of bylaws and necessary procedures, and ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
