
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone calls, ensuring that clients receive accurate information and support in a timely manner.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to handle multiple calls simultaneously, utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns, and maintain a positive attitude throughout your interactions. If you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working in a time-bound environment, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of 20k, punctual allowance of 3K, and commission ranging from 10k to 25k based on performance. In addition to this, you will also be eligible for medical coverage and life insurance benefits. We offer a friendly and supportive work environment with numerous growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, proficiency in English, patience, and empathy.
