We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Infrastructure and Database Operations Specialist. The primary goal of this position is to design, implement, and maintain a scalable and secure cloud infrastructure that supports our organization's products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in cloud computing, database administration, and IT infrastructure management. Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the continuous availability of our cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring, redundancy, and service protection.">
  • Perform critical incident responses related to cloud infrastructure to minimize service impact.">
  • Collaborate closely with software development and support teams on product delivery, security, compliance, and benchmarking.">
  • Administer highly available database systems in a 24/7 cloud environment, ensuring databases are secure, available, and recoverable.">
  • Demonstrate expertise in database performance tuning and optimization in large-scale database environments.">
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).">
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding relevant cloud infrastructure risks and issues.">
  • Manage Windows and Network Operations within VM/Azure.">
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and install cloud-based platforms across all systems to meet defined business service levels.">
  • Research and resolve customer-impacting database events efficiently.">
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.">

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).">
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, database administration, and IT infrastructure management.">
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, storage solutions, and networking.">
  • Experience with cloud and IT infrastructure managed services, with a focus on global delivery models for enterprise organizations.">
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and experience in IT software development.">
  • Familiarity with next-gen technologies, including Product Engineering, Cloud, Data, SaaS products, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.">
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, administration, performance tuning, and high availability.">
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies and administration.">
