Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, managing teams, and building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing a structured sales channel, enhancing market coverage, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
They will also be expected to manage distributors effectively, lead a team of sales officers and representatives, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a structured sales channel across Rawalpindi to Peshawar, covering key towns.
- Head the sales department in the designated area/region.
- Enhance market coverage of company products.
- Maintain positive relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Lead a team of sales officers and representatives.
- Manage distributors effectively.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- Possess knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting principles.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in multiple markets.
- Preference given to those with experience in the Insecticide Industry.
